The first step to resolving any issues with your order is to contact your maker directly. You can find your maker’s contact info on their Lift Bridge Furniture shop page. If you and the maker need help finding a resolution, you can open a case with Lift Bridge Furniture.
To open a case, please follow these instructions:
- Log into your account from the My Account page
- Click on Orders from the menu
- Click on the Leave Feedback button next to the relevant order
- Answer the questions on the feedback form and when you’re finished, click the Submit button. We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible after we receive your form submission.
You might have noticed that this feedback form isn’t just for problems with your order. You can also use the Furniture Delivery Feedback Form if you just want to give us some feedback or tell us how much you love your furniture and / or your maker 🙂
